This film Tells about Sergeant Michael Nantz (Aaron Eckhart) who want to resign from the military as a form of responsibility for the death of one of his men in a war that is being followed. But at Nantz had been ready to quit, he actually asked to go back on duty under the command of Lieutenant William Martinez (Ramon Rodriguez), and then shipped to Los Angeles which is under emergency conditions that originated from the collapse of a mysterious spacecraft on the coast of Los Angeles resulted in the whole city on fire. And it turns out the space shuttle is owned by aliens who are planning to invade the earth to rule over the water which is a source of energy for them.
Battle: LA many cliches and incorporate elements of the heroic war movies, such as conflicts with his soldiers when Nantz Nantz took over command of his soldiers, but in the end shoe to Nantz, then at Nantz had to take over the role as father to a child who lost his father who died in battle, then the story nantz closeness with a woman who has diselamatkannya and so forth. For lovers of action movies, this film includes the film is satisfactory but not yet arrived at the level of memorable and outstanding.
