This film tells about the mission of Milton (Nicolas Cage) to save her baby daughter from the pursuit of a satanic cult that would make such an offering Milton baby at a ceremony at the full moon later.
Having managed to escape from hell, accompanied Milton Piper (Amber Heard) have time to save her baby 3 days before the full moon arrives. In such a narrow time they should be able to stop the act of a satanic cult sects, including the sect's leader, Jonah King (Billy Burke).
But apparently the enemy Milton grew when the police is now also chasing him. And the more complicated situation because he is also hunted by "the accountant" a messenger of Satan's supernatural agent sent to bring back Milton to Hell.
